The Department of City Planning is embarking on a multi-year effort to convert existing Zoning ordinance into a new “discussion draft” called ATL 2.0 Zoning Ordinance.

Residents are encouraged to join the first of several Community Workshops to share input on these draft plans that will impact Summerhill on Monday, May 20 at 6:30 pm at Habitat for Humanity, 824 Memorial Drive SE, Atlanta, Georgia, 30316. This meeting will be an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed new Zoning Districts and Use standards.
